You will conduct screenings, develop plans, document in EMR, collaborate with partners, and promote trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care while meeting weekly billable hours and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Preferred 2+ years post bachelor’s experience working with at‑risk youth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet regulatory and productivity goals.
• Proficiency in documenting in EMR and information systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide outpatient treatment to individuals, groups, and families (office, community, or telehealth).
• Facilitate evidence-based interventions through therapy sessions at least weekly.
• Perform drug screenings/urinalyses as applicable.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in EMR and other systems.
• Coordinate with referral sources and community agencies for care coordination.
• Maintain weekly billable hours targets and complete administrative tasks as needed.
