ADP, Inc. in Clearwater is seeking a Youth Behavioral Health Advocate to deliver trauma-informed services to children and adolescents in shelter and outreach settings.

You will provide individual counseling, group therapy, crisis intervention, and advocacy, collaborating with shelter staff, caregivers, schools, and community partners. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field, Florida licensure preferred, and experience in domestic violence or trauma work.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work or related clinical field.
• Active licensure or licensure eligibility in Florida preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the domestic violence field.
• Complete 30 hours of core training within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents.
• Develop, manage, and facilitate support groups as needed.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on guest needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention and emotional stabilization.
• Coordinate referrals with medical providers and community agencies.
