Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Associates (DSPs, Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors) to support youth overcoming trauma in a year-round, on-site residential setting at 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049.

This full-time, on-site role offers a meaningful, purpose-driven career with a four-day work week and weekend availability. EMTs or first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and the program blends clinical care with experiential therapies to help teens heal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Compassionate and reliable professional with ability to support youth.
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Ensure a safe, structured and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in on- and off-campus activities promoting healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering mentorship.
