Job summary

Calo Programs in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking Behavioral Health Associates to support youth in a trauma-informed residential program. You will assist with daily routines, group activities, and treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.

This on-site, year-round role offers a 4-day work week, mid or overnight shifts, full-time status, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Shifts Available

Mid Shift (1PM-11PM)

Overnight Shift (8PM-6AM)
