Job summary

Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Associates (DSPs) in Lake Ozark, MO to support youth in a year‑round, trauma‑informed residential setting. This on‑site position offers Mid or Overnight shifts, a 4‑day work week, and an hourly pay of $21.

You will assist with daily routines, group activities, and treatment plans alongside clinical teams, while maintaining professional boundaries and providing compassionate mentorship to youth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 21+ to apply.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Maintain a safe, structured and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in on- and off-campus activities promoting healing and growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while mentoring youth.
