Calo Programs in Lake Ozark, MO is hiring Behavioral Health Associates (DSPs, Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors) to support youth overcoming trauma in a year‑round, on‑site residential program.

This full‑time position features an hourly rate of $21.00 and a 4-day work week with shifts mid and overnight. Training and growth opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package and equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 21+ required.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required).

Responsabilités

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship.
