Calo Programs in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking Behavioral Health Associates (DSPs) to support youth in a trauma-informed residential setting. This year-round, full-time, on-site role emphasizes mentorship, daily routines, and group activities designed to promote healing.

Compassion, reliability, and the ability to pass background checks are essential. EMT or first responder background encouraged; wage is $21 per hour with full benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Age 21+ is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering mentorship.
