Job summary

CALO Programs is seeking Behavioral Health Associates (Direct Support Professionals, DSPs) to support youth at the Lake Ozark, MO location. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 4-day work week and weekend availability.

You will help youths with daily routines, participate in group activities, implement treatment strategies with clinical teams, and maintain professional boundaries while offering mentorship. We offer comprehensive medical benefits, paid leave, a 401(k) match, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 21+.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship.
