Job summary

SPCC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Supervised Visitation Services to lead a team of Visitation Specialists serving children and families involved in complex custody and child welfare matters. You will provide reflective supervision, coaching, and operational leadership to ensure trauma-informed, child-centered practice, while collaborating with courts and partners to promote positive outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and a commitment to equity in service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Candidates without a degree may be considered with 5+ years of trauma-focused experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with at-risk children, youth, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and leadership to Visitation Specialists.
• Lead meetings, training, performance management, and QA.
• Oversee scheduling, caseloads, documentation review, data management, and timecards.
• Collaborate with courts, partners, funders, and stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and staff development; foster inclusive environment.
• Monitor program performance via file reviews and QA.
• Provide leadership in crisis situations and act as program resource.
