Responsibilities

• Provide professional supervision of parent–child visitation and exchanges in a safe, neutral environment.
• Observe and document interactions with objectivity for legal and case management purposes.
• Prepare thorough observation notes and maintain client records for court or case reviews.
• Complete administrative tasks including timesheets and communications; distribute and assist with required paperwork.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings; collaborate with case managers and child welfare professionals.
