Job summary

SPCC seeks a Supervised Visitation Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for the SVP, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed services for children and families.

You will lead the SVP team, align program priorities with funder requirements, and ensure accountability across outcomes, safety, and contracts. This role requires strong collaboration with agency leadership and community partners in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least five years of program supervision and people-management in human services; nonprofit experience preferred.
• At least three years working with families involved in child welfare, knowledge of child development, safety, trauma, and equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for SVP programming with measurable goals and accountability.
• Establish best-practice standards and foster a reflective, equitable, psychologically safe team culture.
• Hold final accountability for SVP service quality, outcomes, and compliance with policies and funder requirements.
• Set decision-making authority and escalation pathways across SVP leadership.
• Oversee SVP budget, staffing allocations, and fiscal risk management.
• Oversee data, reporting, and program impact using key performance indicators.
• Supervise, coach, and support SVP leadership and staff through reflective supervision.
• Establish workforce planning, recruitment, and succession strategies.
• Liaise with funders, county/state representatives, and community partners.
