Tort Intake Professionals in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Victim Support Services, ensuring trauma-informed care for survivors in mass tort litigation. You will supervise Victim Support Specialists, develop training, and uphold quality, compliance, and client expectations.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, department-wide staffing, and process improvements, with a focus on survivor-centered communication and litigation-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or related field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years supporting vulnerable or trauma-affected populations.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with quality assurance, performance improvement, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Victim Support Services Department and set performance expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, workflows, and metrics.
• Develop policies that promote quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct interviews and onboard/train Victim Support Specialists.
• Develop comprehensive training in trauma-informed care and forensic interviewing.
• Oversee forensic interviews to ensure trauma-informed practices and documentation.
