Torklaw in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Mass Tort Legal Coordinator to support the legal team with client communication and time-sensitive case initiatives. This client-facing role focuses on contacting existing clients, helping them complete surveys, tracking responses, and ensuring information is obtained before deadlines.

The position does not involve providing legal advice; you will maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with attorneys and staff, follow scripts and escalation procedures, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a law firm or mass tort environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow scripts, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing clients to collect required surveys and information.
• Explain purpose of surveys and guide clients through completion.
• Collect and organize client medical records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Document conversations and survey statuses in the firm’s case management system.
• Follow up on non-responsive or incomplete information.
• Maintain timely outreach to meet case deadlines.
• Escalate client questions to attorneys when needed.
