Qualifications

• GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent); a recognised qualification relevant to working with children and/or young people
• Desirable: Professional qualification such as DIPSW, CQSW, Diploma in Education Social Work, Diploma in Youth and Community Work, Nursing Qualification, or equivalent recognised professional qualification from agencies contributing to Youth Offending Team activities
• Desirable: Completed Restorative Justice training at levels 1 or 2

• Provide management oversight of presenting risks and needs and escalate appropriately
