Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and well-being for residents.
• Maintain attendance >95%.
• Document hourly checks, incident reports, shift handovers, med pass, and updates.
• Maintain a safe and clean group home environment.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor with residents and visitors; collaborate with team; trauma-informed care.
