Job summary

Golden Route Operations, LLC seeks a Transitional Living Worker to provide supportive services to residents in a transitional living setting. This PRN, non-exempt position focuses on resident safety, documentation, crisis response, and trauma-informed care, working under supervision.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 21 years old, and the ability to obtain a Class E driver’s license; preferred Bachelor's degree in a human services field or relevant youth experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and well-being for residents.
• Maintain attendance >95%.
• Document hourly checks, incident reports, shift handovers, med pass, and updates.
• Maintain a safe and clean group home environment.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor with residents and visitors; collaborate with team; trauma-informed care.
