Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Degree, at least 21 years of age, able to obtain a Class E driver's license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field, and/or experience working with youth in a residential or transitional living program.
• Documentation and record-keeping responsibilities are required, including hourly checks and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Staff safety and well-being of residents must be maintained.
• Maintain attendance rate above 95% and avoid excessive tardiness.
• Provide timely, substantive documentation and updates.
• Maintain a safe and clean group-home environment.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor in interactions with residents and visitors.
• Interacts with residents respectfully, supporting trauma-informed care.
• Transport residents to work, school, and appointments as needed.
• Follow procedures during critical incidents and notify managers and licensing units as required.
