Team Recovery LLC is seeking a Recovery Housing Technician to support residents, monitor safety, and assist in coordinating with treatment providers. The role includes orientation, transportation, and acting as a liaison while upholding HIPAA and privacy practices.

The position emphasizes on-site presence, crisis response, and teamwork within a residential recovery setting, with opportunities for training and growth in a compassionate, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS Certification; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitors residents and provides support during recovery.
• Enforces program rules and reports infractions.
• Conducts rounds of housing properties and inspections.
• Assists with admissions preparation, room prep, and laundry.
• Handles housing phone inquiries and directions for clients.
