Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead trauma-informed engagement across the transitional housing continuum. You will provide administrative oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide residents and staff toward successful program completion.

The role includes supervising Housing Specialists and Care Path Navigators, coordinating with external partners, managing the program budget, and advancing quality improvement through data and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, organizational development or other related fields from an accredited university.
• Must possess a limited or full clinical license in social work (LMSW), counseling (LPC) or Psychology (LLP); for limited license, provide documentation of supervision.
• Two (2) years' experience working with the homeless or transitional living population.
• Three (3) years progressive supervisory/administrative experience in a social service or human service organization.
• Valid driver's license without relevant restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and leadership to Housing Specialists and Care Path Navigators to support resident coordination.
• Provides clinical oversight across the transitional housing continuum.
• Implements QA/QI initiatives using internal data and best practices.
• Manages staff performance, coaching, mentoring and problem resolution.
• Coordinates with external clinical partners to navigate services for residents.
• Ensures daily operations comply with regulations and meets budgetary expectations.
• Collaborates with agency leaders to align admissions/discharges across programs.
