Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Program Manager I to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure service quality aligned with our mission to prevent homelessness. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, data integrity, and collaboration with partners.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for fostering an inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include staff development, budget oversight, and adherence to internal policies and external requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute education.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and best practices in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises program staff in alignment with departmental goals.
• Provides oversight of day-to-day program operations to ensure policy and funding compliance.
• Supports quality improvement efforts, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care and services.
