Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop, coordinate, conduct and evaluate trauma-informed employee training programs, ensuring compliance with Minimum Standards and contract requirements. The role tracks due dates, maintains records, and oversees the Training Specialist to deliver effective curricula for staff.

You will collaborate with leadership, prepare certificates and attendance sheets, and support program staff while upholding confidentiality, safety policies, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, education or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting training.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating training curriculum and/or presentations.
• Bi-lingual preferred; Valid driver license; Reliable transportation; CPR/First Aid Facilitator Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates trauma-informed employee training programs including new hire orientation and ongoing staff development.
• Manages and conducts required training (including CPR/First Aid and SAMA) and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Maintains records of training, attendance, certificates and due dates; coordinates schedules and trainings with stakeholders.
• Supports leadership with audits and communicates upcoming due dates to supervisors.
