Responsibilities

• Coordinate knowledge capture and organization with guidance.
• Maintain knowledge bases for staff accessibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions across teams.
• Assist in instructional design and develop training materials.
• Support LMS maintenance and integration of new tools.
• Analyze feedback to improve knowledge-sharing processes and training programs.
