Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Therapist I requires LMSW or LGPC (weekly supervision provided).
• Therapist II requires LCSW-C or LCPC (minimum two years post-graduate experience).
• Ability to demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and clinical expertise with trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality therapy to a diverse caseload.
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to develop thoughtful, effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff in school-based settings to ensure holistic care.
