Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore – Villa Maria Behavioral Health Clinic seeks therapists to provide compassionate therapy to a diverse client base, including school-based settings. You will conduct intake assessments and develop thoughtful treatment plans in a trauma-informed framework.

The role involves collaborating with school staff, applying individual, group, family, and play therapies, and being part of a supportive, mission-driven team dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• LMSW/LGPC for Therapist I or LCSW-C/LCPC with required supervision for Therapist II.
• Trauma-informed clinical approach and ability to work with trauma-exposed populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality therapy to a diverse caseload.
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to develop thoughtful, effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff in school-based settings to ensure holistic care.
• Use a variety of therapeutic modalities including individual, group, family, and play therapy.
• Be part of a collaborative team where your voice and expertise are valued.
