Qualifications

• Licensed professional with LPC, LCSW, or LMSW credentials.
• Experience with dual diagnosis.
• Knowledge of substance use and self-help meetings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria for insurance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual trauma and co-occurring therapy.
• Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Develop Master Treatment Plan with Treatment Team and assist in discharge planning.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, family, referral sources, and other providers.
