Job summary

Marian House in Baltimore seeks two independently licensed therapists to provide trauma-informed care within our residential Transitional Housing Programs: one serving single women and one serving mothers and their children. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology plus Maryland LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Maryland independent licensure: LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW-C.
• At least two years of psychotherapy experience with adults and children.
• Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Strong trauma-informed care, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning.
• Crisis intervention and care coordination.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
