Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch seeks a Therapeutic Group Home (TGH) Manager to lead Mental Health Workers and ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment. You will be a core part of the Leadership Team and collaborate to meet the mission and strategic goals.

This role also serves as the primary contact with outside agencies and families, overseeing staff performance, crisis intervention, and administrative duties to support treatment planning and quality care for youth.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Criminal/Child Abuse Clearance required as per Montana rules.
• Education and Experience matching the degrees and years above.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to staff to follow policies.
• Ensure a safe environment for youth and trauma-informed care.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, budgets and related administration.
• Collaborate with Treatment Team to ensure timely treatment planning documentation.
• Maintain communication with families and collaterals of residents.
