Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch seeks an Administrative Supervisor to lead trauma-informed mental health services across Montana. You will join the Leadership Team, ensure mission-aligned operations, and act as liaison with external partners. Starting pay reflects steps 1–5 of an 11-step schedule.

The role emphasizes supervisory leadership, program oversight, policy implementation, and community engagement. A strong background in human services and Montana-specific regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or mental health field.
• 3 years of professional experience in the human services field.
• Driver's license required.
• Criminal / Child Abuse clearance as required by the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Plan and direct work, schedule adherence, assign duties.
• Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staff training; evaluations and corrective action.
• Provide staff training and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Manage performance, discipline, and problem-solving within the team.
• Supervise CBS program staff and provide monthly supervision.
