Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or mental health field.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the human services field.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Criminal / Child Abuse clearance as required by the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

  • Supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
  • Plan and direct work, schedule adherence, assign duties.
  • Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staff training; evaluations and corrective action.
  • Provide staff training and conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Manage performance, discipline, and problem-solving within the team.
  • Supervise CBS program staff and provide monthly supervision.
