Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. is seeking Mental Health Workers – Group Home to support a trauma-informed environment for adolescents in treatment. You will assist in day-to-day group home activities, supervise activities, and model positive coping and living skills while ensuring youth safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance as required by the State of Montana.
• Education: High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programming and provide feedback for each child in the group home.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and therapeutic milieu in the treatment unit.
• Complete proper treatment documentation on time and consistent with policies.
• Serve as a liaison to families and agencies; supervise family visits and phone calls.
• Plan and support therapeutic procedures in the home and community environments.
• Accountable to the treatment team and YBGR for overall program needs.
