Responsibilities

• Execute small and whole group learning using the required curriculum.
• Actively manage and engage students in a variety of settings, including recess, lunch, classroom, arrival, and dismissal.
• Proactively support students who are struggling behaviorally using trauma-informed practices and Responsive Classroom.
• Track student progress and maintain student data
• Ensure a safe, joyful, welcoming, and clean school environment
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the lead classroom teacher on best instructional practices to maximize student progress
