Job summary

Kaleidoscope Learning Center & Therapy Solutions in New York seeks a caring Teacher’s Assistant to support classroom instruction and help create an inclusive learning environment.

You will provide one-on-one and small group support, assist with routines, encourage student engagement, and collaborate with teachers and clinical staff to meet individual learning needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children in educational or support settings is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Patience and empathy for diverse learning needs.
• Ability to follow instructional guidance and classroom protocols.

We are seeking a caring and dependable Teacher’s Assistant to support classroom instruction and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. This role works closely with teachers and students to provide support when needed in the learning environment. This is a very hands-on position.
