Houses of Hope in Lincoln, NE seeks a social worker for its new Short-Term Residential program. The role coordinates services, advocates for client needs, and supports treatment and discharge planning with the treatment team.

You will maintain confidential records, develop recovery-focused treatment plans, and connect clients to medical, housing, transportation, and community supports, ensuring a trauma-informed, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; CPR/First Aid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, trauma-informed environment for all individuals served.
• Coordinate services and discharge planning with the treatment team.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and maintain confidential clinical records.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with recovery goals; monitor progress.
• Coordinate access to medical, housing, transportation, and other supports.
