Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma mental health disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated outpatient therapy including individual, family and group modalities.
• Coordinate care and consult with multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct intake interviews and assessments to identify needs and goals.
• Maintain timely clinical records and ensure credentialing and compliance.
• Deliver crisis management and safety planning as needed.
• Travel within service area to provide community-based services.

Education
