Job summary

NorthCare is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide outpatient therapy for children, adults, and families in a community-based setting in Oklahoma City. The role features a mix of individual, family, and group modalities with a strong emphasis on collaboration and trauma-informed care.

The position requires a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and Oklahoma licensure or supervision status.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
• Licensure in Oklahoma in one of the mental health disciplines or licensure under supervision required.
• Community-based work with travel to multiple settings, including home or telehealth, may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy (individual, family, group) to children, adults and families.
• Coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team to support treatment goals.
• Perform intake interviews and initial assessments, documenting symptoms and needs.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and program trainings; monitor outcome measures.
