Job summary

NorthCare is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide outpatient therapy to children, adults and families in Oklahoma City. You will carry a differentiated caseload with intensive clinical services, using evidence-based practices and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and wellbeing.

This full-time role requires a master's degree in social work, psychology or related field and Oklahoma licensure; travel to community settings is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field (required).
• Oklahoma licensure in a mental health discipline or under supervision for licensure.
• Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, or under supervision required.
• Ability to work in community-based settings with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy including individual, family and group sessions.
• Perform intake interviews and initial assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for referrals and care coordination.
• Maintain clinical records and complete required forms.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing trainings.
