Job summary

NorthCare is seeking a skilled clinician to provide outpatient therapy for children, adults, and families. You will deliver individual, family, and group sessions, perform intake assessments, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve recovery-focused goals.

The role requires a master's degree in a relevant field, Oklahoma licensure (or supervision), and strong communication and documentation skills. Local travel and community-based settings are common.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or psychology or related field.
• Licensed in Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated services that are welcoming, engaging, and accessible.
• Carry a differentiated caseload with complex cases and provide individual/family/group therapy.
• Perform intake interviews and assess client needs, goals and history.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support treatment goals.
• Maintain clinical records and complete required forms promptly.
