Job summary

NorthCare is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide outpatient therapy in Oklahoma City. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.

A Master’s degree in social work or related field and Oklahoma licensure are required, with CPR/First Aid, trauma-informed training, and TB testing recommended. Strong communication and cultural competence are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Oklahoma licensure in the mental health discipline (LCSW/LMFT/LADC etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated outpatient therapy including individual, family, and group sessions.
• Perform intake interviews and initial assessments; develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team; crisis management.
