Job summary

Centerstone seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to provide face-to-face consultation with classroom teachers, helping create trauma-informed, positive learning environments for students at risk. The role includes psycho-educational groups, family-school liaison duties, and collaboration on IEP planning.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and clinical experience; license-eligibility is preferred. Salary range listed and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, or related field (License-eligible preferred).
• Completion of at least 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or behavioral health coursework.
• Clinical experience through internships/practicums in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face consultation with school staff to promote trauma-informed classroom environments.
• Deliver at least one in-person training per year to LEA personnel on mental health topics.
• Assist in development of school-wide mental health initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and treatment planning in line with grant and organizational requirements.
• Support IEP processes and trauma-informed planning with families and schools.
