Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison to provide face-to-face consultation with teachers, helping to create trauma-informed classrooms and an optimal learning environment for students at risk. You will deliver psycho-educational groups, and support families with IEP processes and trauma-informed plans.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in clinical psychology, mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
• License-eligible in respective discipline preferred; or 24 graduate credit hours in psychology/social work/counseling.
• Clinical experience required, including internships or practicum in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms.
• Conduct at least one in-person training per year for LEA personnel on mental health topics.
• Assist in developing school-wide mental health initiatives and prevention strategies.
• Serve as liaison between school, families, and students; support IEP processes when requested.
• Document and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and required reports.
