Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in Security Operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Experience with de-escalation and conflict mediation.
• Comfort working in trauma-informed care environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building security and respond to radio calls.
• Rove properties to ensure safety and assist staff.
• Document interactions and report hazards to supervisor.
• Coordinate with crisis managers and safety staff during incidents.
• Assist in safety checks and engage with residents professionally.
