Qualifications

• Develops school-based restorative strategies and processes.
• Builds trust with staff and delivers training on restorative practices.
• Assesses student mood and referrals to plan interventions.
• Works within trauma-informed care framework to support learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop restorative strategies, practices, and processes with Admin Team; create tools to apply restorative work with students.
• Provide training and education on restorative practices to staff; demonstrate benefits.
• Assess referral forms, mood, and interventions; prepare for refocused time for students.
• Collaborate with staff to identify and transition students to restorative settings; mediate discussions and plan prevention.
