Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade required.
• Supplemental coursework in behavioral sciences or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least two years in a diverse school setting with restorative practices experience.

Responsibilities

• Support school site Restorative Room and community through trauma-informed restorative practices.
• Identify students in need of support using data and monitor Tier 2/3 attendance plans.
• Collaborate with site teams to implement behavioral interventions and supports.
• Act as liaison between school, families, and community and conduct home visits when needed.
• Participate in district/system-wide efforts to improve student engagement and outcomes.
