Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Respite program at its Tigard site. The role focuses on referral, intake, and discharge processes while coordinating daily operations in a trauma-informed care environment.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote client-centered goals and ensure compliant documentation, EMR use, and coordination with nursing staff. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university.
• One to two years of experience working with adults with mental health issues or in administrative support.
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions and education as directed by treatment plans.
• Participate in supervision with Site Supervisor or Manager.
• Attend clinical case conferences and staff meetings as appropriate.
• Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility.
• Assist in crisis situations following emergency protocols.
