Cascadia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its respite programs in the Tigard area. The role supports short-term, trauma-informed care for individuals with mental health needs, coordinating with teams, clinics, and pharmacies.

The RN will document care, develop care plans, administer PRN meds, and participate in team meetings to ensure continuity of quality resident care. Flexibility to support facility-based care is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Competency to become credentialed as QMHA/QMHP per MHACBO.
• QMHP requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; QMHA requires an Associate’s in Nursing and mental health experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care and document interventions.
• Formulate Nursing Care Plans for medical conditions.
• Administer PRN medications and assess needs.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and coordinate with staff.
