Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Supervisor II for Project Respond in NE Portland. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, supervise staff, manage crisis responses, and oversee daily program activities in a community-based setting with a Sunday–Thursday schedule.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-first approaches and compliant, high-quality care across settings, including documentation and coordination with leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field; QMHP eligibility per OAR/MHACBO.
• Minimum of three years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead day-to-day program operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily program operations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Oversee timekeeping, leave requests, and reporting to leadership.
• Support staff to align with program goals and apply FIT practices as applicable.
• Prepare reports and monitor expenditures and resources.
