Job summary

The Road Home invites applications for the Director of the Homeless Resource Center in Salt Lake City. This in-person leadership role focuses on Housing Focused services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, with a strong emphasis on Trauma-Informed Care, client rights, and ethical service delivery.

You will oversee program operations, drive continuous improvement, and build partnerships with housing, health, and social-service providers to stabilize clients and support housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work or related field is required.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in homeless or social services.
• Experience applying Trauma-Informed Care principles in program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Homeless Resource Center programs and services.
• Integrate Trauma-Informed Care and best practices across all program levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to coordinate client services.
• Ensure data collection, reporting, and evaluation support continuous program improvement.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and records in partnership with accounting.
