Job summary

The Road Home in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Housing Advocate Team Lead to oversee trauma-informed guest services, safety, and staff coordination at PARC (Pamela Atkinson Resource Center). This in-person role leads up to 10 staff, collaborates with emergency services, and drives housing-focused support in a full-time shift from 11 pm to 7:30 am, Thursday through Monday.

Salary starts at Grade 5, with a starting hourly rate of $17.85 and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse or vulnerable populations preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to supervise a small team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead housing advocate duties plus supervisory tasks.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming shelter and coordinate guest support.
• Provide trauma-informed customer service and enforce shelter rules.
• Train new staff and lead a team of up to 10 people.
• Coordinate with emergency services and internal departments.
