Job summary

You will supervise therapists, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure daily operations deliver a safe, structured environment for children in care. You will build community partnerships, align practices with trauma-informed care, and ensure compliance with Texas childcare licensing.

Qualifications

• Masters in human services or related field required.
• Licenses such as LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT required.
• Experience in residential child welfare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of mental and behavioral health treatment for all children in care.
• Supervise therapists and coordinate treatment plans and case conferences.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the residential program to ensure safety and stability.
• Develop community partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Texas childcare licensing regulations and organizational policies.
• Lead staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
