Job summary

Naswtx in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical services at our Residential Treatment Center. You will oversee intakes, treatment planning, family communication, and coordination with the treatment team to ensure fidelity to the trauma-informed care model and quality service delivery.

The role requires a master's degree in a clinical field, relevant licensure, and at least three years of treatment experience with children, including residential settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical field (social work, counseling, or psychology) required.
• Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC required.
• Three years of treatment experience with children; residential setting preferred.
• Residential Child Care Administrator licensure and TBRI preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care models and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate group programming to address social and emotional needs.
• Coordinate daily client schedules with the program team.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
• Supervise and develop clinical staff; deliver weekly consultations.
• Review and approve client documentation and service plans.
• Ensure compliance with trauma-informed care and program standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families; manage on-call duties.
