Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Treatment Director in Eagle Lake, TX to lead the mental and behavioral health treatment for children in our residential care programs. Qualifications

• Three years of experience in residential child welfare, foster care, or youth services with supervisory or management responsibility.
• Three years of experience providing treatment services in a residential setting for children with emotional disorders.
• Experience operating or supervising a licensed residential childcare facility is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership of mental and behavioral health treatment for children in care, including treatment assessments and plans with therapists.
• Supervise therapists and provide consult on cases related to treatment.
• Direct and manage day-to-day treatment operations in a safe, structured residential environment.
• Oversee therapists’ schedules and on-call rotation as needed.
• Lead case overview meetings to evaluate trauma-informed case management for all children in care.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community behavioral health providers and stakeholders.
• Represent Endeavors and the residential program in the local community.
