Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead New Employee Orientation and monthly reviews for staff in Safe Crisis Management.
• Deliver adjunctive trainings (documentation, Credible use, de-escalation, milieu management).
• Provide one-on-one coaching in cottage environments to achieve job skills and trauma-informed care.
• Track attendance at trainings and report deficiencies to supervisors.
• Develop and manage a hybrid schedule balancing Sr. Youth Care Worker duties with cottage shifts (~100 hours/month; trainer duties ~50 hours/month).
• Create and update instructional content, testing, and evaluation materials.
• Develop annual and monthly training calendars with flexible scheduling.
